This year the Celebration is scheduled for April 26th with activities running from 10am-2pm.
This is a non-ticketed event. Everyone is welcome! We will have food trucks, Birds of Prey, kids crafts, live music, raspberry plants, apple trees, and of course NATIVE PLANTS!

Time: Activities will be from 10am- 2pm. The Market will remain open until 5pm.
Our parent farm (Lynd Fruit Farm) will be offering young, bare root apple trees for sale! Talk with Andy, Cody or Noah at this event to learn how you can grow your own apples right in your backyard!
Have you ever been face-to-face with a Kestrel?? Now is your chance! Manon VanSchoyck from Ohio Nature Education will be set up with several different Species of these wonderful birds- from Kestrels to owls, you're not going to want to miss this!
Alex will be leading a wildflower walk Saturday Morning and Saturday Afternoon at a local park that is only 5 minutes from our Farm Market in Pataskala!
Alex will be able to guide you through the woods and teach you the different blooming species along the way- you may even get to see some especially rare species!
Alex has explored this park in every season, and it is one of our favorite spots to check out! You'll know why once you get to see this hidden gem.

This will happen the same day as our Earth Day Celebration: April 26th
The first walk will begin at 8:30am and the second will begin at 2:30pm. Each walk will be roughly 1 hour long.
We will meet at our farm Market, and caravan over to the park where the walk will take place.
Please show up to the market 10 minutes early to get instructions and so you don't miss the caravan!

We will have a fun and easy craft for the young kids to enjoy and learn about nature! And best of all, it's FREE!
A few of our favorite local food trucks are planning to come and set up and will be around until they are sold out. Don't miss them!
We will also have Lynd Donuts and maybe a few more treats!
What feels more like Childhood than flying a kite?
Kids can decorate and fly their very own kite in our green lawn right next to the market!
(Cost for the kite is $5)
Can't forget the Plant Sale!
Along with Apple trees, we will be selling a limited number of potted red and black Raspberry plants.
And don't forget the Native Plants! We will have at least 50+ different species to choose from on opening day, with more coming each week.
We will have live music featuring our favorite local artist, Barefoot McCoy!
We will be offering FREE wagon rides through the orchard!
Lynd Fruit Farm Market will be open for the season. The market will have local produce and baked goods available, as well as local honey, maple syrup and much more!

Alex and Grace will be around all day to answer any questions you might have about native plants!
Spike Blazing star is a rockstar when it comes to attracting butterflies and other pollinators! This unique and popular plant can reach over 5 feet with its tall spiked flower stalk. The vibrant color and unique shape makes this a must-have in any pollinator garden.
Spiked Blazing Star will be for sale at the Earth Day Celebration event.
Every year, we choose a different species to be featured on our T-shirts. The first year was Purple Coneflower, then Royal Catchfly, last year Butterfly Milkweed, and finally this year, Spiked Blazing Star!
Make sure to purchase a new T-shirt every year so that you have the complete set! It changes each year.
